<ul><li>Build, maintain, and improve internal business systems using the <b>Microsoft ecosystem</b>
</li><li>Work extensively with <b>Dataverse / Dynamics</b>, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365</li>
<li>Design, fix, and optimize workflows that support real operational use</li>
<li>Develop and refine <b>Copilot Studio agents</b> and AI‑assisted processes</li>
<li>Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) confidently to speed up development and problem‑solving</li>
<li>Work directly in the office with users to understand pain points and improve systems</li>
<li>Proactively recommend smarter, cleaner, more scalable solutions</li>
</ul><div><b>Must‑Have Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)</b></div>
<ul><li><b>Microsoft Certified</b> (Power Platform / Dynamics / Azure / M365 related)</li>
<li>Strong experience with <b>Dataverse &amp; Dynamics</b>
</li><li>Deep familiarity with <b>Microsoft 365</b>
</li><li>Experience with <b>Copilot Studio</b> and AI‑augmented workflows</li>
<li><b>AI‑confident</b> (Copilot, Claude, or similar tools used in real work&mdash;not just theory)</li>
<li>Able and willing to work <b>full‑time in office</b> (this is not a remote role)</li>
<li>Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently</li>
