URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A EXPERIENCED EVENTS MANAGER !! WHO CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY<ul><li>Plan, organize, and schedule events and tournaments.</li><li>Develop and execute advertising campaigns for events and tournaments.</li><li>Organize press conferences, including the preparation of speeches, press releases, and media invitations..</li><li>Prepare reports on paid and unpaid media coverage.</li><li>Coordinate all arrangements for events and tournaments; monitor and supervise implementation by the relevant departments.</li><li>Oversee and follow up on event programs to ensure smooth execution.</li><li>Prepare detailed logistics plans for events and tournaments, and communicate responsibilities to departments for successful delivery.</li><li>Provide commentators and live broadcasting studios with necessary event materials.</li><li>Coordinate with private and government authorities to secure all necessary permissions and approvals.</li><li>Conduct surveys among the public, participants, and stakeholders to gather feedback on events.</li><li>Prepare post-event reports for all events and tournaments, including performance evaluation and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills in English/ Arabic</li><li>Salary is Negotiable</li><li>Post Date 07/11/2022</li><li>Email- lovinsjobs at gmail com</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>
