The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end real estate sales, from lead generation to deal closure.</li><li>Conduct site visits and explain project details to potential clients.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.</li><li>Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.</li><li>Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.</li><li>Stay updated with local market trends, competitor offerings, and property values.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation, follow-ups, and after-sales service.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (Goa market experience preferred).</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Pleasant personality with a client-centric approach.</li><li>Knowledge of local property laws and regulations will be an added advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
