The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in closing residential or commercial property deals, particularly in premium locations like Bandra and Andheri. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills to convert leads into successful sales.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into confirmed sales.</li><li>Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, property visits, and follow-ups.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers.</li><li>Stay updated with current market trends and pricing in the Mumbai real estate market (especially Bandra &amp; Andheri).</li><li>Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales, with successful closures in Bandra and Andheri areas.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong client relationship management abilities.</li><li>Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.</li><li>Good knowledge of Mumbai&rsquo;s real estate market.</li><li>Willingness to work from the Thane office and travel to client locations when required.</li></ul>Salary: Competitive (based on experience and performance)Working Location: ThaneJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
