Job SummaryBaron Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at construction sites. The MEP Supervisor will ensure that installations are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day MEP activities on construction sites.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other site teams.</li><li>Review and interpret MEP drawings, plans, and specifications.</li><li>Ensure MEP works are carried out in compliance with approved shop drawings and project standards.</li><li>Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP installations.</li><li>Coordinate inspections with consultants and local authorities as required.</li><li>Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management.</li><li>Ensure proper testing and commissioning of MEP systems.</li><li>Enforce site safety regulations and company policies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
