REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires a Master's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, and four (4) years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Senior Data Scientist - Environmental Engineering - related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following:
<ul><li>Demonstrable proficiency in tools including Apache Spark and/or Hadoop, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.

 The Project Engineer will assist the Package Lead and Project Management team in administering the project management and construction supervision functions across the day-to-day activities on a large project. The Project Engineer will participate in review and approval of all submittals and shop drawings by the contractors and will be involved in quality control and quality assurance by undertaking daily site inspections and witnessing testing &amp; commissioning.

 Can undertake structural inspections and report on material and construction defects and provide guidance for remedial repairs.

 Performance Management: Respond to personal objectives and use performance management systems to improve personal performance; or monitor the performance of the team, allocate work and review completion, take appropriate corrective action to ensure timeliness and quality, and contribute to formal individual performance management and appraisal.

 Organizational Capability Building: Provide coaching to team members to develop their skills.

 Quality Assurance: Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes. Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitor them to make sure they are effective.

 Operational Compliance: Identify, within the team, instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these instances and escalating issues as appropriate.
