Job Title: AccountantLocation: GariaJob Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 2+ years preferredSalary: As Per Industry StandardReporting To: DirectorJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial tasks for our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, ESI, PF, Professional Tax, and proficiency in MS Excel. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting financial reporting and audits.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and update day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.</li><li>Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) and handle GST reconciliation.</li><li>Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable laws; file TDS returns and generate Form 16/16A.</li><li>Handle PF, ESI, and Professional Tax calculations and ensure timely payment and compliance.</li><li>Manage payroll processing and salary disbursements.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.</li><li>Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, purchase/sales registers, and other financial documentation.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements (Profit &amp; Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all statutory laws and regulations.</li><li>Generate various MIS reports using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).</li><li>Maintain inventory records, if required.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>2+ years of accounting experience (preferred).</li><li>Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.</li><li>Good knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and P. Tax.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.</li><li>Familiarity with accounting standards and statutory compliance.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
