We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who understands YouTube vlog-style content and can create engaging, fast-paced, and high-retention videos. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, trends, and audience engagement suitable for YouTube viewers.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Edit YouTube vlog content in an engaging and dynamic style</li><li>Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and background music</li><li>Maintain pacing and storytelling to maximize audience retention</li><li>Color correct and enhance video/audio quality</li><li>Create visually appealing intros, outros, and thumbnail suggestions</li><li>Repurpose long-form vlog content into short-form reels/shorts</li><li>Collaborate with the content and creative team for content planning</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of videos according to content schedules</li><li>Stay updated with YouTube trends, editing styles, and viral content formats</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience editing YouTube vlogs or similar content</li><li>Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve</li><li>Understanding of YouTube algorithms, viewer retention, and engagement strategies</li><li>Ability to use sound design, memes, captions, zooms, and effects effectively</li><li>Good sense of music selection and timing</li><li>Strong attention to detail and creativity</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with cinematic vlog editing</li><li>Knowledge of motion graphics and animation</li><li>Basic thumbnail design skills</li><li>Experience editing for creators, influencers, or brands</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities</li><li>Passion for YouTube content and digital media</li><li>Ability to adapt editing styles according to different creators or brands</li><li>Team player with excellent communication skills</li></ul>Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
