Location: Netaji Subhash Place Department: Customer Service / Sales Support Job Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions and support processes, including Proforma Invoice processing. The ideal candidate will assist customers with queries, handle documentation, and ensure a smooth pre-sales and post-sales experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices based on customer requirements and company guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing, taxes, and terms in the proforma invoices.</li><li>Follow up with customers on invoice confirmation, payments, and order processing.</li><li>Resolve customer issues or complaints by identifying the root cause and offering appropriate solutions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, invoices, and follow-ups in CRM or ERP systems.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical, finance) to manage order status, delivery timelines, and service expectations.</li><li>Meet or exceed performance targets including resolution time, invoice processing accuracy, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Stay updated on product information, pricing policies, and company procedures.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.</li><li>Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination, or invoice processing is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Proforma Invoice preparation and basic sales documentation.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
