Cotton Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead sales, account management, and market expansion for cotton products in the Turkish markets.</li><li>Build and deepen industrial channel cooperation while managing risk to achieve sales and performance targets.</li><li>Develop and manage upstream supplier relationships, overseeing both spot and futures cotton business.</li><li>Explore and implement supply chain business opportunities in line with market demand.</li><li>Work with spinning mills (downstream customers) to meet their production needs and support long-term partnerships.</li><li>Monitor market trends for opportunities in price difference trading (e.g., purchasing cotton for storage and resale at favorable market prices).</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or above, preferably in international trade, business, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience in the cotton or cotton yarn industry.</li><li>Proven ability to independently develop customers; must have existing downstream customer resources (spinning mills with annual output of over 50,000 spindles).</li><li>Upstream cotton resources are an advantage but not required.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.</li><li>Positive attitude, results-driven, and able to work independently with high accountability.</li></ul>Language Requirements<ul><li>Fluent in Chinese or English; proficiency in both is highly preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
