</b></div><div><div><p>The Senior Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs and projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, mastery of project management frameworks, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to drive end‑to‑end delivery in dynamic, multi‑geography environments<b>Qualification:</b></p><ul><li>
B.E, B.Tech, MCA, MCS, M.Tech or equivalent Post Graduation preferably in E&amp;TC, Electronics, Computer Science, or Information Technology.</li><li>
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or comparable certifications preferred</li></ul><p><b>

12&ndash;18+ years of experience in technical project/program management.</li><li>
Experience leading enterprise-scale, multi‑team, multi‑platform technology initiatives.</li></ul><p><b>
</b><b>Leadership and Strategy:</b><b> </b>Agile Transformation Leadership: Drive the organization&rsquo;s Agile transformation journey by defining the Agile vision, establishing governance models, and enabling a shift from traditional delivery models to Agile.</p><ul><li>
Program Strategy &amp; Roadmaps: Define and execute program strategies aligned with organizational and customer objectives.</li><li>
Team Leadership: Mentor cross-functional Agile teams and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Engineering Leads.</li><li>
Change Management: Lead culture change required for Agile adoption across teams and leadership.</li></ul><p><b>
Innovation And Best Practices:</b></p><ul><li>
Agile Methodology Expertise: Serve as SME for Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean frameworks.</li></ul><ul><li>
Continuous Improvement: Drive process maturity using Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and lean delivery models.</li></ul><p>
Technology Evaluation: Assess new tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve productivity, quality, and velocity.</p><ul><li>

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with product management, engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and other stakeholders to ensure aligned program execution.</li><li>
Stakeholder Communication: Provide transparent, timely updates to sponsors, leadership, and internal/external customers.</li><li>
Training &amp; Development: Guide teams on project management best practices, delivery methodologies, and collaboration techniques.</li></ul><p><b>

End-to-End Program Ownership: Lead complex projects through full lifecycle&mdash;initiation to closure&mdash;ensuring schedule, scope, cost, and quality targets are met.</li><li>

Risk &amp; Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks; establish contingency plans.</li><li>
Governance: Drive program governance, steering committee reviews, compliance reporting, and audit support.</li><li>

<b>Your Responsibilities:</b><br>
&bull; Provide strategic and operational support for intellectual property matters across the business units focused on Mobile Security and Electronic Payments.&bull; Through own work and in collaboration with our external agent ensure we achieved high quality and assertable IP rights by drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications.&bull; Manage and maintain the company&rsquo;s IP portfolio in India and support global IP activities in coordination with the corporate IP department.&bull; Conduct patentability assessments, freedom-to-operate analyses, and IP risk evaluations.&bull; Advise internal stakeholders on IP-related legal and strategic issues, including licensing, partnerships, and third-party rights.&bull; Monitor competitor IP activities and support enforcement actions when necessary.&bull; Liaise with external patent attorneys and legal counsel, as well as with international colleagues within the G+D Group.<br>
<b>Your Profile:</b><br>
<ul><li>Degree in engineering, electronics, computer science, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>Qualification as a registered Indian Patent Agent; legal background or law degree is a plus.</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in intellectual property law, preferably in an in-house role within a technology-driven company.</li><li>Solid understanding of technologies related to Mobile Security, Smartcards, Payment Systems, and Cryptography.</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.</li><li>Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.<b>:</b></li></ul>
