Urgent requirement for sourcing manager ( Rani Bagh-Delhi Immediate)Job Description:( Only E-Commerce background) We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sourcing Manager to handle vendor development, product sourcing, and supplier negotiations for our e-commerce business. The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, ensuring quality standards, cost optimization, and timely availability of products to support business growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.</li><li>Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery of products.</li><li>Manage product sourcing for new and existing categories.</li><li>Build strong supplier relationships to optimize supply chain efficiency.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in sourcing/procurement (preferably in e-commerce).</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Knowledge of market trends, costing, and supply chain management.</li><li>Excellent communication and analytical skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
