Job Title: Marketing &amp; Sales Executive &ndash; Domestic (Garment Factory)Location: Bhinga/BalrampurJob PurposeTo expand the factory&rsquo;s business within India by identifying buyers, managing client relationships, and driving sales of garments to corporates, retailers, wholesalers, and institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development &amp; Sales<ul><li>Identify and connect with potential domestic buyers (corporates, retail chains, wholesalers, distributors, uniform buyers, NGOs, institutions).</li><li>Generate leads through networking, trade fairs, exhibitions, and online B2B portals.</li><li>Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and negotiate pricing with clients.</li><li>Convert enquiries into confirmed orders while ensuring profitability.</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers.</li><li>Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions (e.g., uniforms, bulk orders, promotional garments).</li><li>Provide regular updates to clients on sampling, production, and delivery.</li></ul>Marketing Activities<ul><li>Promote the company&rsquo;s products through catalogues, presentations, and digital marketing (LinkedIn, IndiaMART, WhatsApp Business, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with the design/production team to create products aligned with Indian market demand.</li><li>Track competitor activity and identify new market opportunities within India.</li></ul>Order Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with the merchandising and production teams to ensure timely execution of orders.</li><li>Follow up on payments and ensure collections as per agreed terms.</li><li>Maintain sales records and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.</li></ul>Key Skills Required<ul><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of garment manufacturing and domestic textile/garment market.</li><li>Familiarity with B2B selling in India (corporates, distributors, retailers).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and online sales platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).</li><li>Hindi, English, and local language fluency preferred.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Textile/Fashion, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in domestic garment/textile sales.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Fixed salary (based on experience).</li><li>Incentives on sales achieved.</li><li>Travel allowance for client visits.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;16,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthExpected Start Date: 15/10/2025
