Position: Senior Physiotherapist Experience Required: 8&ndash;10 years Qualification: MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) Location: Bangalore ( Travel as per the requirement) Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities&middot; Lead the physiotherapy program by assessing, diagnosing, and designing treatment plans for patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or chronic conditions.&middot; Provide physiotherapy interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation programs.&middot; Supervise, guide, and mentor junior physiotherapists, interns, and therapy assistants to ensure high-quality service delivery.&middot; Develop and implement specialized therapy programs for individuals and groups as per organizational needs.&middot; Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, special educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to patient care.&middot; Maintain accurate records, monitor outcomes, and prepare necessary reports for program evaluation.&middot; Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and training programs on physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and preventive care.&middot; Stay updated with the latest techniques, therapies, and advancements in physiotherapy and integrate them into practice.&middot; Ensure program goals are met effectively while aligning with the organization&rsquo;s mission and values.&middot; Coordinate with management to plan, review, and enhance program strategiesKey Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of physiotherapy principles, techniques, and evidence-based practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to lead, train, and manage a therapy team</li><li>Strong organizational and documentation skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
