Our primary markets are the USA and Europe, and we&rsquo;re on a mission to scale our digital footprint across international territories through data-driven performance marketing.&#11835;Role Overview:We&rsquo;re looking for a proactive Google Ads Executive / Performance Marketer who can take full ownership of our Google and Meta advertising campaigns, optimize the website backend, and drive international sales growth.&#11835;Key Responsibilities:Google &amp; Meta Ads Management<ul><li>Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube) targeting international markets.</li></ul><ul><li>Execute Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram) campaigns for both B2B and B2C product segments.</li></ul><ul><li>Implement retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and conversion-optimized creatives.</li></ul>Performance Optimization &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor and optimize ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct regular A/B tests, audience segmentation, and keyword analysis.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.</li></ul>Website Backend Coordination<ul><li>Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates in coordination with the tech team.</li></ul><ul><li>Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows to improve sales conversion.</li></ul>Growth Planning &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Collaborate with the leadership team to define sales targets and growth campaigns.</li></ul><ul><li>Execute strategic ad campaigns based on seasonality, product demand, and geo-specific trends.</li></ul><ul><li>Stay updated with ad platform changes, industry best practices, and tools for international eCommerce marketing.</li></ul>&#11835;Ideal Candidate Profile:<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management (preferably for international eCommerce).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, GTM, etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with website backend management tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Performance and growth-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to manage end-to-end ad operations and scale international campaigns independently.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Be part of a fast-growing export platform with global customers.</li></ul><ul><li>Work directly with the leadership team to influence digital strategy.</li></ul><ul><li>A collaborative work culture with learning opportunities and performance-based growth.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,566.09 - &#8377;36,271.11 per monthWork Location: In person
