Join us to make a real difference in how we connect with our community and grow our digital footprint.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to boost brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and multimedia that align with brand voice and marketing goals.</li><li>Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage insights to refine content strategies.</li><li>Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules that maximize reach.</li><li>Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices for discoverability on search engines and social platforms.</li><li>Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign performance; prepare reports that inform future initiatives.</li><li>Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews; foster strong relationship management to build a loyal online community.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, design, and sales to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.</li><li>Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or other platforms to increase visibility and conversions.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to keep our social media approach fresh and effective.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management combined with content creation expertise across multiple platforms.</li><li>Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in photography production for social media content; understanding of branding principles is essential.</li><li>Familiarity with social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices along with keyword research techniques to enhance content visibility.</li><li>Experience managing social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager or similar tools.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with brand voice.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
