Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and organized individual who can work closely with senior management as a Personal Assistant, while also driving business growth as a Sales Manager. This hybrid role requires excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and a strong sales background.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Assistant Duties:<ul><li>Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.</li><li>Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of management.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.</li><li>Assist in coordination of meetings, events, and client visits.</li></ul>Sales Manager Duties:<ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities.</li><li>Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.</li><li>Track sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in sales or business development (experience as PA is a plus).</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Strong sales acumen with a customer-focused approach.</li><li>High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 11 monthsPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
