We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a passion for technology and an understanding of AI-powered platforms to lead the strategy and execution of our marketing initiatives. Job Duties and Responsibilities: 
 
<ul><li>Lead multi-channel marketing strategy focused on AI, Salesforce, HubSpot and digital transformation services.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, and Product) to craft compelling GTM messaging for services, accelerators, and proprietary AI solutions.</li>
<li>Create and manage high-impact content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars) to attract and engage target audiences (enterprise IT, CIOs, CTOs).</li>
<li>Optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, email automation) to drive MQLs and SQLs.</li>
<li>Manage the creation of all marketing materials, such as website content, brochures, and promotional items.</li>
<li>Support lead generation through event marketing, partnerships, webinars, and Salesforce community engagement.</li>
<li>Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand consumer behavior, and analyze competitor activities.</li>
<li>Analyze campaign performance and ROI and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.</li>
<li>Stay current on AI trends, Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystem updates, and industry best practices to keep Girikon&rsquo;s brand at the forefront.</li>
<li>Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining a strong public image.</li>
<li>Identify and develop new marketing channels and other opportunities to help build up new clients.</li>
<li>Attend different relevant events &amp; conduct webinar to create awareness about expertise of company, identify and attract prospective clients.</li>
</ul>Requirements: 
 
<ul><li>A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years &amp; upto 7 years in B2B marketing experience in tech, SaaS, or professional services &mdash; ideally with exposure to AI or Salesforce ecosystems.</li>
<li>Strong grasp of digital marketing tools (HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, social media marketing etc.).</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, especially for technical and business audiences.</li>
<li>Strong creative and innovative thinking to develop compelling campaign ideas and marketing materials.</li>
<li>&lsquo;Passion&rsquo; for Marketing.</li>
<li>Strong client-service capabilities with thorough follow-up.</li>
<li>Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital / marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.</li>
<li>Willing to attend various events &amp; conduct webinars as required.</li>
<li>Experience working with both onshore &amp; offshore teams.</li>
