Seeking a self-motivated legal assistant. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: receiving phone calls from individuals to collect payments or negotiate payment arrangements, maintain detailed records of all activities/actions taken on accounts, copying, mailing, and scanning in a law firm debt collections department. Candidate must be comfortable speaking on the phone, have strong computer skills, be detail oriented, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
