This role supports the full procurement cycle &mdash; from vendor selection to order placement and contract management &mdash; ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely fulfillment.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Source and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, service, and delivery capabilities.</li><li>Issue requests for quotations (RFQs), analyze bids, and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.</li><li>Create and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and budgets.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve any delivery or quality issues.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify purchasing requirements and support project or production needs.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor data.</li><li>Analyze market trends and pricing conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings.</li><li>Support compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and industry regulations.</li><li>Assist in developing procurement strategies and process improvements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and procurement software is preferred.</li><li>Renewable energy projects or construction industry experience is a huge plus.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office setting. The role may require occasional travel.</li><li>Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
