 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The Program Manager &ndash; Gold &amp; LGD Category will play a critical role in owning and driving strategic initiatives across the Gold and Lab-Grown Diamond (LGD) categories at GIVA. This role will focus on unlocking new business levers, improving category performance, and leading cost and process optimization initiatives across the value chain.

 1. Strategic Initiatives &amp; Growth Levers
 
 
 
 &bull; Own and drive new initiatives aimed at unlocking growth levers across the Gold &amp; LGD categories (e.g., pricing, assortment, sourcing, supply chain, go-to-market).
 
 
 &bull; Identify opportunities to improve category GM, contribution margin, inventory turns, and cash efficiency.
 
 
 &bull; Build business cases for new initiatives, pilots, and scale-up programs with clear success metrics.
 
 
 &bull; Work closely with leadership to translate category strategy into executable programs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Program &amp; Project Management
 
 
 
 &bull; End-to-end ownership of cross-functional programs, from ideation to execution and post-launch tracking.
 
 
 &bull; Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics; ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
 
 
 &bull; Act as the single point of accountability for key category-level programs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 3. Process Excellence &amp; Continuous Improvement
 
 
 
 &bull; Map and improve end-to-end category processes (planning, procurement, production, replenishment).
 
 
 &bull; Drive cost and process optimization projects through simplification, standardization, and automation.
 
 
 &bull; Implement SOP&rsquo;s, governance mechanisms, and dashboards to track execution rigor and impact.

 Candidate Profile Experience &amp; Skills ::
 
 
 
 &bull; 3&ndash;7 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Category Management, Consulting, or Strategy (D2C, retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands preferred).
 
 
 &bull; Strong experience driving complex initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
 
 
 &bull; Proven exposure to process improvement or cost optimization projects.
 
 
 &bull; High proficiency in data analysis, Excel/Google Sheets, and structured problem-solving.

 Work with analytics tools (GA4, Appsflyer, Data Studio, MOAT, Nielsen, Kantar, etc.) to quantify brand impact on search uplift, organic traffic, remarketing pool growth, and assisted conversions.

 Creative Strategy &amp; Collaboration

 Work with creative, design, and production teams to ensure brand campaigns use the right hooks, formats, lengths and platform-native storytelling.

 Provide data-backed recommendations on creative direction, messaging, and ad sequencing.

 Build multi-creative experiments to identify the best-performing video/edit variants.
