We&rsquo;re looking for an expierenced title clerk who can process large volumes of paperwork quickly and accurately while ensuring compliance with DMV regulations across multiple states.</div>
<div></div><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></div>
<ul><li>Process retail and wholesale out-of-state title work.</li>
<li>Verify and resolve title issues with customers, dealers, lenders, and DMV offices.</li>
<li>Track title inventory and follow up on pending ELT/physical titles.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy of forms and compliance with DMV laws nationwide.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales, business office, and acquisitions teams.</li>
</ul><div><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></div>
<ul><li><b>Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Title</b> <b>Clerk</b> in an automotive or motorcycle dealership/auction (<i>required</i>).</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of multi-state titling regulations.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, basic accounting software).</li>
<li>Team player with excellent communication and follow-up skills.</li>
<li>Notary certification a plus.</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Proven ability to handle high-volume title work independently.</li>
