 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations including purchasing, logistics, import/export, warehousing, distribution, and demand planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee multiple logistics and distribution centers, ensuring efficiency and seamless operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Align supply planning and inventory targets in close collaboration with manufacturing teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive lean and agile initiatives, delivering cost savings, higher flexibility, and improved service levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure long-term, competitive partnerships
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with SAP/ERP systems and maintain accurate master data and inventory records
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor KPIs, report to senior management, and proactively address risks and performance gaps
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and develop cross-functional teams, fostering strong collaboration across key departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement material planning strategies aligned with the mining operation&rsquo;s production, maintenance, logistics, and procurement plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accuracy of inventory records and manage the end-to-end material supply process, from procurement to delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and validate purchase requisition quantities; coordinate with Procurement and Logistics teams for timely order placement and shipment planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze on-hand stock, pending orders, goods in transit, and consumption rates to create accurate material requirement plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare short- and long-term material demand forecasts, considering operational needs, lead times, and seasonal factors
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present weekly and monthly planning, procurement, and inventory performance reports to senior management
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and mentor the material planning and logistics team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years senior management experience in supply chain, preferably in FMCG/cosmetics with multi-plant/DC operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business; Master&rsquo;s (MSc/MA/MBA) preferred. International background is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in SAP ERP (MM/Planning) and/or WMS, with strong process and data management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent English communication skills (verbal &amp; written)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical, metrics-driven, highly organized, with strong planning and prioritization skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Adaptable, proactive, and effective in fast-paced, results-oriented environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, adaptable, self-motivated, team player
 </li>
