Job Title: Graphic &amp; UI/UX DesignerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic &amp; UI/UX Designer to design modern, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for our web portals and mobile applications. The designer will also be responsible for developing a consistent visual identity for our products &mdash; including custom icons, illustrations, logos, and branding elements.You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with our product, development, and GIS teams to bring ideas to life &mdash; from concept to final design &mdash; ensuring the user experience is seamless and aesthetically refined.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design UI/UX for web portals, dashboards, and mobile applications that align with our brand identity.</li><li>Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI designs using modern design tools.</li><li>Design and deliver custom icons, illustrations, and branding elements for our applications and products.</li><li>Develop and refine logos, brand color palettes, typography, and style guides.</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.</li><li>Conduct user experience reviews and propose design improvements.</li><li>Ensure responsive and accessible design principles across all devices and platforms.</li><li>Maintain consistency in the overall look and feel of the company&rsquo;s digital presence.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer, with a strong design portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for web and mobile apps.</li><li>Excellent command of design tools such as:</li><li>Figma (for UI/UX design, prototyping, and collaboration)</li><li>Adobe Photoshop (for high-quality image editing and graphics)</li><li>Adobe Illustrator (for icons, logos, and vector design)</li><li>Adobe XD or Sketch (optional, for additional prototyping)</li><li>After Effects (a plus, for creating UI motion effects or animations)</li><li>Understanding of UX principles, design systems, color theory, and typography.</li><li>Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.</li><li>Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience designing for GIS, mapping, or data visualization applications (bonus).</li><li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics or developer handoff processes (e.g., Figma Inspect).</li><li>Experience in branding and corporate identity design.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on cutting-edge geospatial and technology products.</li><li>Creative freedom to shape the visual identity of innovative software solutions.</li><li>Collaborative and flexible work environment.</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
