Position: Nursing InchargeJob Description:<ul><li>Oversee and supervise all nursing staff in assigned wards, including ICU, Emergency, and general wards.</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of nursing services in accordance with hospital policies and protocols.</li><li>Maintain quality standards of patient care, safety, and infection control.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, management, and other departments to ensure effective patient management.</li><li>Prepare duty rosters, manage leave schedules, and allocate nursing staff accordingly.</li><li>Train, mentor, and guide nursing staff for skill development.</li><li>Monitor and ensure proper documentation of patient records, medication, and treatment plans.</li><li>Participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.</li></ul>Job Specifications (Requirements):<ul><li>Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GNM (with relevant supervisory experience).</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in ICU/Emergency/critical care preferred.</li><li>Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to handle emergency situations effectively.</li><li>Registration: Must be registered with State Nursing Council.</li></ul>2. Position: Nursing StaffJob Description:<ul><li>Provide nursing care to patients in ICU, Emergency, and general wards.</li><li>Administer medications, IV fluids, and assist in medical procedures as directed by doctors.</li><li>Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and treatment outcomes.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.</li><li>Provide emotional support and patient education to patients and families.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient files and hospital records.</li><li>Assist in emergency and critical care situations.</li></ul>Job Specifications (Requirements):<ul><li>Qualification: B.Sc.
