GKB VISION PVT. LTD. &ndash; DELIVERY BOY BIKAR JOB DESCRIPTION Job Role:Delivery Boy Bikar / Field ExecutiveCompany:GKB Vision Pvt. Ltd. (FORMERLY KNOWN AS PRIME&trade; LENSES PVT LTD.)Location: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Daily Parcel Delivery<ul><li>Deliver finished lenses, frames, and lab-processed optical products to optical stores, hospitals, and partner outlets.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.</li></ul>2. Parcel Pick-Up<ul><li>Collect raw lenses, frames, and other items from optical stores for processing at the lab.</li><li>Verify pick-up items and maintain proper count.</li></ul>3. Documentation &amp; Record Keeping<ul><li>Maintain delivery sheets / challans.</li><li>Get signature &amp; stamp from stores at the time of delivery.</li><li>Update delivery status in mobile application or register.</li></ul>4. Customer Interaction<ul><li>Communicate politely with staff and customers.</li><li>Handle queries related to delivery.</li></ul>5. Product Care<ul><li>Ensure lenses and frames are handled safely without damage.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of delivery bags.</li></ul>6. Route Planning<ul><li>Follow efficient routes to complete deliveries on time.</li><li>Coordinate with store managers for urgent deliveries.</li></ul>7. Reporting<ul><li>Report daily completed deliveries to the supervisor.</li><li>Inform immediately in case of any delay, wrong shipment, or missing parcel.</li></ul>8. Compliance<ul><li>Follow safety rules while riding.</li><li>Wear company uniform if provided.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Two-wheeler + Valid Driving License</li><li>Android smartphone</li><li>Basic communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of local routes</li><li>Experience in delivery preferred (not mandatory)</li></ul>SALARY &amp; BENEFITS:<ul><li>Salary: &#8377;11K</li><li>Fuel Allowance</li><li>Monthly Incentives</li><li>Mobile Bill</li><li>Uniform (if provided)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;8,000.00 - &#8377;11,500.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
