<ul><li>Design and refine production systems, fixtures, and CNC programs for robust capability</li>
<li>Establish FTF measurement practices and develop complete PPAP documentation</li>
<li>Influence product design for manufacturability and cost efficiency</li>
<li>Conduct inspections, lead structured problem solving, and drive engineering improvements</li>
<li>Leverage data to optimize cycle times, reduce waste, and stabilize processes</li>
<li>Manage small-scale projects end-to-end, coordinating suppliers and subcontractors</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards</li>
<li>Share best practices and promote continuous learning across the team</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you bring</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Engineering (or equivalent)</li>
<li>5&ndash;6 years in manufacturing/process engineering</li>
<li>Experience in design, development, and specification of processes/equipment</li>
<li>Track record in project scheduling, cost control, and budgeting</li>

<ul><li>CNC machining process expertise</li>
<li>Lean/continuous improvement and change management experience</li>

 Key Responsibilities:

 <ul>
  <li>
   Coordinate the Materials Planning/Requirements in accordance with the company stock level and Working Capital targets and in line with Manufacturing Demands.
  </li>
  <li>
   Define the Planning and Production Control Systems, including raw material and finished products use and movement.
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive the plant deployment of the Global Supply Chain Best Practices and Strategy, in accordance to the regional agreed priorities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure an effective and integrated Supply Chain interface between customers and suppliers through the plant production control and EDI links deployment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Set and validate together with the Supply Chain Manager, the inventory strategy and target for the plant; meet the target, keeping excess and obsolete stock at minimum level and putting in place a formal roadmap and action plan in agreement with targets.
  </li>
  <li>
   Aim to reduction of inventory while ensuring 100% DSA (Delivery Schedule Attainment);
  </li>
  <li>
   He/ She ensures the daily contact and interface with his/her Suppliers.
  </li>
  <li>
   Follows up his/her Suppliers' logistics profile in terms of DSA, reliability, constraints.
  </li>
  <li>
   Both on a day-to-day basis and weekly or monthly basis and leads the improvement plans with them in order to ensure 100% of DSA.
  </li>
  <li>
   He/ She is responsible for raw materials inventory levels of his/her suppliers and for reaching the weekly inventory targets.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensures the procurement schedules are under control and in line with the SIOP, the MS and the inventory weekly objectives;
  </li>
  <li>
   To ensure that company resources (e.g. paper, energy) are conserved and re-cycled where appropriate and possible, highlight new methods of conserving the company&rsquo;s resources
  </li>
  <li>
   Report Potential hazards and defects observed in the workplace.
  </li>
  <li>
   Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and of others who may be affected by what they do or do not do. 15 Production Scheduling for in plant cell.

   IDM indent and follow up with suppler (Indirect material)

 Experience- 5-7 Years.
