Mechanical &amp; Electrical Maintenance Head cum SupervisorDepartmentEngineering / MaintenanceReporting ToManaging director.________________________________________Key Responsibilities1. Maintenance Management<ul><li>Lead and oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop and implement preventive &amp; predictive maintenance schedules for machines, utilities, and equipment.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor equipment performance and ensure minimum downtime.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage breakdown maintenance and root cause analysis.</li></ul>2. Equipment &amp; Utility Management<ul><li>Maintain production machinery, Mig welding, Shearing machine, compressors, generators, and electrical panels.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and electrical safety systems.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage energy consumption and propose energy-saving initiatives.</li></ul>3. Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (Electrical Safety, ISO, OSHA, Factory Act).</li></ul><ul><li>Enforce safety standards for maintenance activities.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain records for audits, inspections, and certifications.</li></ul>5. Budgeting &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Prepare and control annual maintenance budget (spares, tools).</li></ul><ul><li>Negotiate with vendors for spares and service contracts.</li></ul><ul><li>Implement cost-effective solutions to reduce maintenance expenses.</li></ul>6. Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Drive TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).</li></ul><ul><li>Upgrade and modernize systems to improve efficiency.</li></ul><ul><li>Go down to the shop floor to resolve machine breakdowns and restore normal operation quickly.</li></ul>________________________________________Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical &amp; electrical systems in manufacturing industries.</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on expertise in preventive &amp; predictive maintenance techniques.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and utility management.</li></ul><ul><li>Leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>________________________________________Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>B.E./B.Tech , Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>12&ndash;18 years of experience in plant maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in sheet metal / fabrication / heavy engineering / process industry (as per company type).</li></ul>&middot; Salary: 35,000/- per month TO 40,000/- Per month.&middot; Contact no: 9840961375 (Mail ID: purchase.gks@gmail.com)&middot; To Apply: Send your updated CV with: Current CTC Expected CTC Notice PeriodJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
