The HR Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and basic workplace coordination. This role helps interns understand how HR functions inside a startup environment and gives hands-on experience with people management processes.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in posting job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Help with onboarding tasks: collecting documents, explaining company policies, and setting up new employees.</li><li>Maintain attendance, employee records, and update spreadsheets when required.</li><li>Support payroll preparation by organizing attendance and leave data.</li><li>Communicate with employees regarding basic queries and concerns.</li><li>Help plan small HR activities, team coordination tasks, and workplace improvements.</li><li>Assist in retention efforts by noting employee issues and reporting them to HR lead.</li><li>Prepare simple reports, forms, and updates assigned by the HR team.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, FresherPay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;6,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
