<div></div><div>The Facilities Planner / Scheduler will report to the Facilities Planning/Scheduling Lead, supporting the Project through the Execution and Commissioning phase. Will establish and maintain project logic networks, schedules, forecasting, earned value (labor/quantities) analysis and audit trails.The successful candidate must have extensive knowledge of Primavera software, Construction and Commissioning Planning experience on major large-scale projects. The scheduler will apply their knowledge to ensure schedules integrity, forecasts and resources and updates are implemented in accordance with project controls principles utilized within the ConocoPhillips organization. This position interacts closely with other entities such as contractors, suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Within ConocoPhillips and the other organizations, but not limited to Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, Project Management, Project Controls, Contracts Administration, Procurement, Expediting, Transportation, and Logistics.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Identify all construction and commissioning activities on the project and develop logic using CPMS.</li>
<li>Attend contractors&rsquo; meetings to discuss concerns, overall project strategies, and expectations related to construction and commissioning phases.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate changes to various stakeholders and recommend mitigations as needed, focusing on construction and commissioning impacts.</li>
<li>Track and analyze contractors&rsquo; schedules, notifying project managers of unapproved deviations or delays impacting project completion, particularly during the commissioning phase.</li>
<li>Integrate data provided by cost engineering into the project schedule and project control reports.</li>
<li>Prepare procedures for project control reporting.</li>
<li>Prepare Reports of Earned Value and variance of the Project Plan.</li>
<li>Program approved recovery or work-around plans.</li>
<li>Interface with the Contractor&rsquo;s Planning and Scheduling Specialists to ensure that task data is incorporated in the integrated project schedule.</li>
<li>Maintain document trails to facilitate internal audits of critical commercial internal control systems.</li>
<li>Incorporate approved change orders into cost &amp; schedule logic and reports.</li>
<li>Maintain project documentation and data preservation procedures.</li>
<li>Other duties as required and directed by the Planning/scheduling Lead and/or the Project Control Manager.</li>

<div></div><div><b>Required and Preferred Skills and Experience</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor &lsquo;s Degree and/or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years project controls experience on major Capital Projects in Oil Industry / Petrochemicals.</li>
<li>Experience working with Construction and Commissioning teams to build and maintain schedules.</li>
<li>Extensive experience with Primavera.</li>
<li>Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite.</li>
<li>Technical competency in preparation of automated and integrated project controls.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively.</li>
<li>Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and high sense of responsibility.</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred Skills:</b></div>
<ul><li>BS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other equivalent experience (i.e. mathematics, statistics or project management).</li>
<li>Knowledge of Project Controls, Cost Engineering, Planning &amp; Scheduling, Forecasting (Work in Progress/Earned Value), Accruals and General Accounting.</li>
<li>Demonstrable ability to develop reports for, and presentations to management.</li>

</b></div><div>The Willow Construction Supervisor is a functional report to the Willow Pipeline Superintendent and is a core member of the Willow Construction Team. The position is responsible for the safe and successful delivery of the Willow Pipeline Program. Reporting to the Construction Supervisor are Construction Coordinators who help to oversee the day-to-day field activities. Assiting the supervisor is a field pipeline Planner who aides with coordinating, prioritzing, and progressing contractor work scopes. The position is accountable for reviewing engineering drawings, verifying material quantities, identifying shorts, identifying execution issues and constraints, reviewing contractor execution plans, and leading the construction readiness process prior to contractor field mobilization. Upon mobilization the Construction Supervisor is accoutable for monitoring construction progress, identifing and resolving SimOps issues, providing input on the priortization of critical activities to contractor leadership, and ensuring the health and safety of all field personnel.</div>
 <div>The Willow pipeline and poweline scope includes including ~200 miles of above ground pipeline, ~8500 vertical support members, ~30 miles of above ground power and fiber, and (3) ~1 mile horizontally directionally drilled under river pipeline bores. The work will be executed on 2 geographically distinct workfronts spanning 85 miles and the construction supervisor will oversee one of the two workfronts.</div>
<div></div><div>As part of the Willow Construction Team the Willow Construction Supervisor is responsible to develop and finalize yearly construction plans, supervise assigned field construction activities, and to lead field safety and environmental performance as listed below:</div>
<div></div><div><b>Planning</b></div>
<ul><li>Prepare the Construction Readiness checklist for each winter/summer campaign</li></ul>
<ul><li>Review construction permits and stipulations, engineering drawings, identify execution constraints, hazards, and finalize the field construction plan for each year&rsquo;s work scope.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in the constructability process and provide feedback to the Willow Pipeline Planner and Willow Field Pipeline Planner roles.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide input to the construction support strategies and processes (camps, aviation, ground transportation, construction equipment, fuel forecast, material delivery, and laydown requirements).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Actively promote Company knowledge sharing; apply best practices, synergies, and lessons learned from other projects and operations.</li></ul><br>

<div></div><div><b>Execution</b></div>
<ul><li>Develop Company deliverables required in the Construction Readiness process.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Lead the construction readiness process, weekly Company and Contractor planning meetings, ensure Company and Contractor deliverables are reviewed and approved by the accountable function, ensure meeting minutes are being taken, distributed and maintained, and review the readiness checklist and receive approval from the Field Superintendent that all action items are satisfactorily addressed before approving Contractor mobilization.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure a smooth transition of the Construction Plan to the field.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide oversight and supervise all assigned construction resources to ensure key project milestones are achieved and all company execution standards are met for scope, cost, quality, and HSE.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor Contractor performance of work through the Construction Key Performance Indicator Reports.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Direct the Contractor in the areas of performance and performance improvement opportunities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure periodic Progress/Performance Review meetings occur with Contractors, Construction Leadership and Project Management Teams.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Interface with and provide oversight of construction contractor field leadership.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage interfaces between field construction contractors.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage day-to-day activities for all construction contracts to deliver requirements of contracts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate overall project execution including SIMOP&rsquo;s activities with Drilling, Completions and Operations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure implementation of the agreed upon execution strategy with respect to key priorities and milestones.</li></ul>
<div></div><div><b>HSE</b></div>
<ul><li>Proactively lead HSE performance by communicating, fostering, supporting, and enforcing HSE policies, procedures, guidelines, requirements, and objectives.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Perform jobsite walk-downs, review contractor THA/JHA, provide recognition for safe work execution and task planning.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in onsite Contractor toolbox and safety meetings, reinforce COPA safety processes.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Enforce adherence with permit stipulations issued by regulatory agencies.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Facilitate weekly Predictive Indicator meetings with the goal of improving Contractor safe work behaviors through analysis of proactive measures performed by the Contractor.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Facilitate safety engagement meetings with Company and Contractor field leadership teams.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in the COPA adopted Behavior Based Safety (BBS) observation system.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Implement and support the COPA Incident Free Culture (IFC) program with contractors through participation in IFC workshops, field engagements, and IFC instruction/training.</li></ul><br>

<div></div><div><b>Qualification Requirements</b></div>
<div><b>Basic / Required</b></div>
<ul><li>Proven ability to lead and deliver large construction project safely and successfully.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven ability to manage interfaces involving multiple field construction contractors.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Legally authorized to work in the United States.</li></ul>
<ul><li>10+ years of Pipeline construction</li></ul>
<ul><li>7+ years of construction supervision/construction management.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work on the North Slope on a rotation schedule upon mobilization to site 1Q23.</li></ul>
<div></div><div><b>Preferred</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction, or relevant field experience</li></ul>
<ul><li>Previous experience with ConocoPhillips Capital Projects Management System (CPMS)</li></ul>
