The Opportunity</div>
To lead and scale the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business for Optimum Nutrition in GCC by managing the end-to-end digital commerce strategy, execution, and performance across our DTC side. The role is critical in accelerating online revenue, enhancing consumer experience, and driving digital brand equity.<div>
Job Summary</div><div>
1. D2C Business Strategy &amp; Execution.</div><ul><li>
Own the P&amp;L for the D2C channel.</li><li>
Develop and implement a comprehensive growth roadmap for Optimum Nutrition owned e-commerce platform.</li><li>
Identify new digital opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead in the D2C space.</li></ul><div>
2. Online Store &amp; Platform Management</div><ul><li>
Oversee day-to-day operations of the brand&rsquo;s D2C website including product catalogue management, UI/UX, pricing, offers, and merchandising.</li><li>
Partner with external Fulfilment Partner as well as Internal cross-functional teams (tech, supply chain, legal, CS) to ensure seamless backend and frontend performance.</li><li>
Drive acquisition, conversion, and retention through customer-centric design and experience.</li></ul><div>
3. Campaigns &amp; Consumer Marketing</div><ul><li>
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (performance, email, social, influencer) in collaboration with internal marketing and external agency teams.</li><li>
Leverage content, storytelling, and product education to boost traffic and engagement.</li></ul><div>
4. Data &amp; Analytics</div><ul><li>
Monitor and analyse site performance, consumer behaviour, marketing KPIs, and conversion metrics.</li><li>
Use insights to optimize campaigns, user experience, product placement, and digital funnels.</li></ul><div>
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration</div><ul><li>
Collaborate with brand, product, supply chain, finance, and global teams to ensure alignment of the D2C strategy with business priorities.</li><li>
Ensure inventory health, customer SLAs, and financial discipline across channels.</li></ul><div> 
Qualification &amp; Experience Requirements</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>
5&ndash;7 years of experience in digital commerce, preferably with D2C brands in FMCG/nutrition/consumer/beauty/premium goods.</li><li>
Proven track record in running end-to-end D2C operations.</li><li>
Strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills.</li><li>
Experience working with CMS, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.</li></ul>

 The Opportunity 
As part of the South Asia, China &amp; META BU Leadership Team (LT), the Supply Chain Director needs to lead end to end supply chain servicing South Asia and META Markets. The role operates across various supply chain verticals which includes: Planning, Co-Man management, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and R&amp;D. The role operates with extremely diverse channels like Specialty Channel, E-commerce, Key Accounts etc. while fostering innovation pipeline for future growth and owning the COGS budget (approx. 65% of Net Revenue) and the full business P&amp;L as part of the LT.
The role is significant Supply Director role driving the functions across both regions, managing significant complexity and being a key leader in both the International PS function as well as the leadership teams across and in both regions.
Primary responsibilities for this role will include:
Planning<ul><li>
Leading the planning team to ensure we achieve optimal customer service and enable growth in line with financial expectations</li><li>
Own the S&amp;OP process for GPN South Asia &amp; META and drive long term forecast accuracy and stock management</li><li>
Management of inventory and ageing stock</li><li>
Create Supply Visibility for all the stakeholders across Markets to support business objectives</li><li>
Build strong collaboration and partnership with customers across markets to drive GPN strategies</li></ul>
Co &ndash; man management<ul><li>
GPN India sources products from both GPN North America and local co-man partners. This role will be accountable for the management of that co-man to deliver performance KPI&rsquo;s across quality, service, cost metrics.</li><li>
Accountable for sourcing new potential supply solutions and partners as GPN South Asia &amp; META grows and delivers the 5 year strategy</li></ul>
Procurement<ul><li>
Operating as the Senior Procurement specialist, you will be engaged across a diverse and complex category portfolio, working in an adaptable way to successfully deliver best practice sourcing benefits within the business.</li><li>
Lead procurement of raw materials, packaging materials and related inventories to meet forecasted demand and pricing</li><li>
Development &amp; implementation of Sourcing strategies across a broad portfolio for products and services within GPN South Asia &amp; META</li></ul>
Logistics<ul><li>
Leadership of the Logistics function to design, implement and manage overall South Asia Logistics Operation, via multi-channel routes to market.</li><li>
Accountable for inventory management across 3PL partners and driving performance management processes to hit business KPI&rsquo;s across service, stock management and cost objectives.</li><li>
Movement of goods - import, export, transport and customs.</li><li>
Responsibility for ensuring space is maximised through effective capacity planning whilst strictly adhering to agreed KPI's.</li><li>
Investigation of new modes of transportation and more cost effective ways to distribute to customers.</li></ul>
Customer Service<ul><li>
Ensure customer product requirements are met for all the markets and customers by the supply team, regardless of source</li><li>
Ensure systems and processes are in place to ensure positive customer experience</li><li>
Effective administration and delivery of the order to cash process for our customers (OTC).</li><li>
Develop and implement a continuous improvement strategy, ensuring customer relationships and experiences are enhanced and improved and reinforce best practices in regards to customer interaction and service.</li><li>
Provide key weekly/monthly KPI reports both internally and externally (e.g. sales analysis, forecasts etc) focusing on improving these to drive best in class customer service and increase the revenue opportunity.</li><li>
Resolves any customer related issues in a timely manner.</li></ul>
Quality Assurance<ul><li>
Ensure to implement appropriate quality systems at co-man location to deliver best in class quality products in line with global requirements.</li><li>
Address Quality complaints from customers across markets to keep consumer and customer trust</li></ul> 
Regulatory Affairs and Product Development<ul><li>
Responsible for ensuring that regulatory strategies and regulatory activities are effectively executed to meet the business objectives and legal requirements.</li><li>
Need to ensure Product Compliance to local regulations, Managing External Regulatory / Govt. bodies / Customs, New Product Introduction Support, Customer, Stakeholders and Sourcing Site Regulatory Collaboration</li><li>
Leverage Stage gate process for innovations &amp; new product launches.</li></ul> 
The Skills you will bring to the team<ul><li>
15+ years&rsquo; experience across different supply chain verticals, preferably within FMCG/Consumer facing categories.
</li><li>Hands on direct experience of at least 3 out of these areas of demand/supply planning, procurement, contract manufacturing, logistics management and customer service preferred</li><li>
MBA in Supply Chain preferred</li><li>
Experience of working in a high growth and fast-paced organization.</li><li>
Must have experience in building new and high growth teams and partner strategies</li><li>
Well versed with localization &amp; adaptation.</li><li>
Proven track record of working in a Supply Chain leadership role in FMCG business. Experience in developing strategies across procurement, planning and customer service</li><li>
Working knowledge of technology tools like SAP etc</li><li>
Strong bias for action and project management skills to deliver consistently against key immediate milestones while maintaining course on simultaneous development of multiple projects</li></ul>
