I am somewhat flexible with times and time zones if you can work outside the 10-6pm hours except when recording the podcast. Must have been working for at least 3 plus years as a podcaster/editor/podcast producer/writer. More experience the Better!**DESCRIPTION OF WORK**This show is an interview-style podcast currently published on a monthly schedule and would like to publish 1x / month (or every 3 weeks)A typical episode will have 2 participants. Finished episodes range from 40min. to 50 min. up to hour long and edit down to 40-50 minutes. Turnaround time of w/in a week for audio and and a week for video, 2-3 edits post initial recording and review. Can stack interviews within a week so that the podcast can upload 1-2x a month**ADDITIONAL SERVICES REQUESTED**<ul><li>Editing individual Episode Description and Notes, links for Podcast and YouTube</li><li>Create &quot;Chapters&quot; within the episode based on topics covered.</li><li>Create /Edit/Uploadreel Teasers before</li><li>Invitation and preparation emails and calendar invites sent to podcast guests (w/details on microphone, the computer, software, background/props, etc)</li><li>Assist guests with a 10 minute preparation coaching before the interview so ready to go at the start of recording/video</li><li>Uploading and scheduling posting of podcast and video to social media platforms (Linkedin, FB x2, IGx2) In the Future X, Tic Toc</li><li>Assist Cindy in outreach to high-profile guests and scheduling</li><li>Running remote recording sessions using Riverside FM (what we used previously - open to suggestions, uploaded to Buzzsprout</li><li>Tracking metrics and communicating trends, suggestions for improving</li><li>Review analytics, views, demographics: sex, age, location, open, share, comments</li><li>Promote the podcast via emails and social media platforms</li><li>Assist in Finding Strategic Partners</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you able record on Riverside.fm and upload</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10151
