● - Perform regular maintenance and live repair of e2W bikes brought in at our centres.● - Use hand tools and power tools to fix mechanical and electrical issues as per thediagnosed faults.● - Conduct thorough diagnostics of incoming vehicles, identify issues, and solvemechanical, electrical, or system-related problems in e2W bikes.● - Resolve problems in real-time, ensuring the bike is safe, reliable, and fully operational.● - Engage professionally with users who bring in bikes for repair, ensuring a smooth,courteous, and positive customer experience.● - Communicate repair details and timelines to users clearly and efficiently.● - Complete a set target of repairs as determined by your supervisor, maintaining aconsistent and efficient workflow.● - Ensure that all repairs meet the company's standards for quality, safety, andperformance.● - Use the correct spare parts based on the diagnostic results and repair requirements,ensuring parts are properly recorded in Inventory management.● - Follow all safety protocols while working with tools, equipment, and vehicles.● - Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and free of hazards, ensuring a safe environmentfor yourself and colleagues.● - Ensure that all hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment are maintained,calibrated, and used properly to ensure precision and efficiency.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
