(www.gleecus.com)Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate outbound leads by researching and identifying potential clients across target geographies and industries.</li><li>Execute high-volume outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.</li><li>Qualify leads through structured discovery conversations and set up meetings for the Leadership teams.</li><li>Maintain an organized pipeline and track daily/weekly outreach activities in the CRM.</li><li>Consistently meet and exceed KPIs for outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created.</li><li>Collaborate with sales leadership to refine prospecting strategies and messaging.</li><li>Stay updated on Gleecus service offerings and competitive landscape to effectively pitch during outbound conversations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in outbound inside sales/SDR roles (preferably in IT Services, SaaS, or Technology Consulting).</li><li>Strong communication and persuasion skills (both verbal and written).</li><li>Proven ability to perform high-volume cold outreach (50+ calls/emails/Linkedin daily).</li><li>Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, cold email tools, and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).</li><li>Resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated with a hunter mindset.</li><li>Core understanding of technology services or SaaS products is mandatory.</li><li>Must have experience across NA, Europe and/or MEA markets</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;100,000.00 - &#8377;600,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
