Qualifications</b></div></div><br>

High School diploma, or equivalent.</li><li>
Should be neat, thorough, industrious, and have knowledge of secretarial and school procedures.</li><li>
Must be proficient in typing (45 wpm) and experienced in general computer programs such as Word and Excel.</li><li>
Must have the ability to operate office equipment, do basic data entry, and maintain records and scheduling.</li><li>
Should have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact constructively with others.</li><li>
Must demonstrate strong organization skills, have graphic and artistic ability, and a general understanding of legal issues in education.</li></ul></div><br>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b><br>

Maintain accurate records and files.</li><li>
May assist with transportation needs and learning transportation software.</li><li>
May produce transcripts for various legal purposes.</li><li>
Create and complete various reports of student records.</li><li>
May maintain inventories of various school properties.</li><li>
May be responsible for allocating funds that are appropriated in the budget.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
May require working knowledge of District accounting and student management programs.</li><li>
May handle cash and balance the cash register. Advanced data entry.</li><li>
May perform various higher level accounting and payroll procedures.</li><li>
May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li><li>
Assist Administration organizing special events.</li><li>
Will perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul></div><br>
