<div></div><div>Position Summary:</div>
<div><div>The GlenFields Care Coordinator supports daily administrative and operational functions in a skilled nursing environment, maintaining accurate financial records, including resident trust accounts, insurance verification and payer coordination. Utilizes <b>electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems</b> to reconcile financial data tied to resident services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient coordination with billing and clinical documentation teams.</div>

<div></div><div>Education and Experience:
<ul><li>Must be a high school graduate with average typing skills and bookkeeping experience.</li>
<li>2 years bookkeeping experience, preferably in an acute care/long-term care setting.</li>
</ul></div><div>Required Skills and Abilities:</div>
<div><ul><li>Previous clerical experience (SNF setting preferred)</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities</li>
<li>Experience with EHR systems</li>
</ul></div><div>Compensation and Benefits:</div>
<div>Compensation decisions are made based off of several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification and licensure as well as internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of their hourly range.</div>

<div><div><div>The Nutrition Services Cook is responsible for preparing high quality, nutritious and attractive food for GRH customers. This position prepares meals according to menu production sheets. Adheres to standardization of recipes and portion control. The Cook serves as a leader within the Nutrition Services Department by providing direction to Nutrition Services staff, promotes a safe and sanitary work environment, and initiates/encourages a well-functioning team.</div>

</div><div></div><div><div>Education and Experience:</div>
<ul><li>Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Servsafe certification is a plus.</li>
<li>1-2 years of experience in food service preferred.</li>
</ul></div><div>Required Skills and Abilities:</div>
<div><ul><li>Basic computer knowledge required.</li>
<li>Must work efficiently with frequent interruptions.</li>
<li>Has ability to reprioritize tasks throughout shift.</li>
