Job Summary:</b></p><p>
The Fitness Director is responsible for the strategic oversight of all fitness operations, ensuring the delivery of professional, high-quality, safe, and innovative health and fitness services to our members. As the club's functional &quot;fitness expert,&quot; the Fitness Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall fitness experience and culture. This position encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including the management of fitness programs, staff development, and revenue generation from all fitness-related services.</p><p><b>
Day-to-Day:</b></p><ul><li>
Lead, motivate, and manage the fitness team to consistently achieve or exceed budgeted sales goals, fostering a high-performance culture.</li><li>
Conduct weekly sales meetings to drive accountability and provide monthly performance evaluations to recognize individual achievements.</li><li>
Oversee staff performance, ensuring clear tracking and accountability, while addressing areas of improvement.</li><li>
Supervise the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of fitness personnel, ensuring all positions are filled with skilled and motivated staff.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and compliant work environment.</li><li>
Facilitate ongoing education and certification for fitness staff, promoting continuous professional development and growth.</li><li>
Develop, implement, and evaluate fitness programs that meet member needs and align with club objectives.</li><li>
Regularly review and support the Group Exercise program, auditing Personal Training sessions and TEAM (Small Group Training) classes to ensure high-quality instruction.</li><li>
Audit Group Exercise classes for quality, variety, and member satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary to maintain excellence.</li><li>
Ensure exceptional customer service by implementing training, staff incentive programs, and continuous education, elevating the member experience.</li><li>
Demonstrate and support Invited&rsquo;s service standards through comprehensive staff training and daily practice.</li><li>
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute quarterly strategic sales plans that align with club goals.</li><li>
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual fitness revenue targets set by the company, driving financial growth for the department.</li><li>
Maximize sales across all fitness-related departments, establishing and tracking sales goals to maintain a high-performance environment.</li><li>
Provide weekly performance reports to ensure alignment with club and department objectives.</li><li>
Attend continuing education events to stay updated on the latest industry trends and innovations.</li><li>
Ensure all staff hours and revenues are accurately recorded on the day of service and verify payroll daily to maintain accuracy.</li><li>
Lead business development efforts, including profit and loss analysis, to support the growth and profitability of fitness operations.</li><li>
Oversee all fitness-related operations, including member services, communications, marketing, purchasing, budgeting, staffing, training, and supervision.</li><li>
Ensure the tracking of all hours, FitStarts, and new clients on the Leaderboard to drive accountability and performance.</li></ul><p><b>
About You:</b></p><p>
Required</p><br>
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in health-related field.</li><li>
A minimum of 3 years in fitness management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role that includes budgeting experience related to revenue generation and expense control.</li><li>
A minimum of 1 year of experience in strategic and operational business planning, with the ability to develop and implement effective operational systems.</li><li>
Current required certifications: ACSM, NASM, ACE, PTA Global, NFPT, ISSA, CSCS or NSCA.</li></ul><p>
Preferred</p><br>
<ul><li>
Demonstrated success in marketing and sales within the fitness industry, with a track record of driving member engagement and program participation.</li><li>
Experience in organizing and managing multiple fitness programs and activities simultaneously, ensuring smooth operations and high member satisfaction.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of fitness program development and execution, including personal training, group classes, and wellness initiatives.</li><li>
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fitness or health club environment, fostering strong member relationships.</li><li>
Skilled in engaging with members, assessing their fitness needs, and creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that encourages participation and growth</li></ul><div><p><b>

As a Bartender, you are responsible for maintaining beverage control, ensuring accurate pouring, and serving of products, while keeping the bar area clean and organized. Deliver high standards of service as outlined in the F&amp;B service training program.</div></li><li><div>
Assist with the service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar.
</div></li><li><div>Know members&rsquo; names, greet them promptly, provide a warm and personalized experience.</div></li><li><div>
Accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely manner.</div></li><li><div>
Address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally, notifying management of issues and practicing effective service recovery.</div></li><li><div>
Prepare the bar area for service by setting up bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice, ensuring all items are fully stocked and in place at the star of each shift.</div></li><li><div>
Consistently check the bar area for cleanliness and maintain an orderly and organized work area, including regular sanitizing.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure daily assignments and side work are complete to meet club standards, including restocking and refilling supplies.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials that may not be on the menu.
</div></li><li><div>Ensure all liquor items are properly stocked, accurately poured, and responsibly managed to maintain beverage control.</div></li><li><div>
Possess and maintain clear knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the club.
</div></li><li><div>Support fellow employees and contribute to a positive team environment. Be proactive in assisting members and guests ensuring delivery of the 3-steps of service.</div></li><li><div>

About You</b></h1><div>

Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.</div></li><li><div>
Previous experience in Food &amp; Beverage service.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.</div></li><li><div>
Strong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical work standards.</div></li><li><div>
Comfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments.</div></li><li><div>
Basic bar and wine knowledge, including but not limited to various cocktails and wine varietals.</div></li><li><div>
