Overview Glenmoor Country Club is a member club. We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Assistant Receptionist to join our team and design, develop flyers, emails, videos, etc. to promote events. Our membership is of high net worth and to receive anything less than professional, is not acceptable. This role requires a flexible schedule of days and afternoon shifts including some weekends. It is a combination of front-desk responsibilities with support for our marketing initiatives, offering an exciting opportunity to develop skills across digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with staff and will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing strategies including SEO, social media marketing, and content creation. This position provides a chance to work in a collaborative environment where innovation and creativity are valued.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet visitors and manage front-desk operations with professionalism and friendliness</li><li>Assist in executing multichannel marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, and print advertising</li><li>Support SEO efforts by optimizing website content and conducting keyword research using tools like Google Analytics and Google AdWords</li><li>Manage content creation for digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and website content using WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Coordinate advertising sales efforts and assist with product management tasks to promote company offerings effectively</li><li>Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools, providing insights to improve marketing strategies</li><li>Assist in the development of marketing automation workflows and performance marketing initiatives</li><li>Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing opportunities</li><li>Support the creation of engaging copy for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice</li><li>Collaborate on budgeting for advertising campaigns and track expenses related to print and digital advertising efforts</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience or familiarity with social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies is preferred</li><li>Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools is desirable</li><li>Strong copywriting skills along with the ability to analyze campaign data to optimize performance</li><li>Background in digital marketing or related fields such as content marketing, or e-commerce will be highly regarded</li><li>Excellent research skills combined with a proactive approach to learning new tools and techniques in the digital landscape</li></ul>This position offers an engaging environment for individuals eager to grow their career in marketing while supporting administrative functions.
