The Legal Assistant (Advocate) will support the legal function by handling documentation, compliance, legal drafting, and coordination with internal departments and external counsels. The candidate must be a qualified Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India.Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Documentation &amp; Drafting<ul><li>Draft, review, and vet agreements, contracts, NDAs, MOUs, SLAs, legal notices, replies, affidavits, and declarations.</li><li>Assist in preparing handover agreements, employment-related legal documents, and compliance records.</li></ul>Legal Compliance &amp; Advisory Support<ul><li>Support the Legal Advisor in ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Assist in interpreting laws and providing practical legal support to management and HR.</li></ul>Litigation &amp; Court Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with external advocates, courts, and legal authorities.</li><li>Assist in filing cases, drafting pleadings, and maintaining case trackers and legal records.</li><li>Follow up on hearings, case updates, and documentation</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per monthWork Location: On the road
