As a Senior Associate, you will be the front-line client service professional, tapping into a diverse network of global experts, sourcing the most suitable candidates for our clients' research endeavours. Your role entails staying updated on industry trends, cultivating relationships with high-level professionals in the field, managing client expectations and excelling in a dynamic environment by efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously. 


Key Senior Associate Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
<ul>
<li>Learning GLG's business processes and assisting with high-level project execution by identifying and engaging with top-tier professionals capable of providing valuable industry insights</li>
</ul><ul><li>Expand GLG's expert network by identifying and recruiting new professionals through strategic lead generation and outreach via phone, email, and other channels.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Scheduling and confirming critical calls and meetings between GLG's clients and Network Members, including scheduling all calls with your new recruits.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Learning and upholding our compliance policies and procedures to protect the integrity of client engagements.</li>
<li>Manage and grow client accounts by developing a strong understanding of their evolving priorities, ensuring seamless project execution, and identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand business.</li>
<li>Building your understanding of client strategies, industry verticals, and value chains to effectively source and vet the most relevant experts for client projects</li>
<li>Coordinate and confirm key interactions between clients and GLG Network Members, ensuring timely and seamless communication.</li>
<li>Proactively engaging with GLG's Network Members to assess their expertise and gauge their fit-on client projects.</li>
<li>Excel in a dynamic work environment, efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develop a working knowledge of various industries to improve project and product service quality</li></ul> 


As an Senior Associate, You Will Learn To
<ul>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of various industries and sectors through exposure to a diverse range of client projects.</li>
<li>Strengthen your ability to solve complex business challenges through structured analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and innovative problem-solving.</li>
<li>Develop strong, transferable business skills, including communication, time management, negotiating, problem solving, project management, research and the ability to achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to drive revenue growth and contribute to the organization's broader commercial goals.</li>
<li>Mentoring and guiding GLG Associates on best practices.</li></ul> 


Ideal Candidates Have
<ul><li>Postgraduate / Graduate degree from a top-tier university</li>
<li>Has 4-6 years of work experience, ideally in B2B client servicing and business development roles.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail, in-person, etc)</li>
<li>General understanding, awareness and interest in corporate, consulting, and financial markets.</li>
<li>Demonstrated entrepreneurial/leadership skills.</li>
<li>Experience interacting with senior executives</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively independently and/or collaboratively in a team</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time</li>
<li>Willingness to work flexible and extended hours basis business needs and client requirements</li>
<li>Successful track record of working in a dynamic environment, often accompanied by stringent deadlines</li></ul>
