About the role

The GLG People Team is seeking a highly motivated, service-oriented and collaborative leader to manage our global HR Support Team located in offices across Asia, Europe and the US. The HR Support team owns the administration and delivery of our day-to-day people processes from onboarding to offboarding and plays a key role in our global payroll processes. The team also provides front-line support to employees and managers by fielding incoming requests and questions.

As the manager of GLG's HR Support team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, including tier 1 employee support, transaction management, and service delivery. You will also assume people leader responsibilities including training, performance management and serving as the primary point of escalation for all HR Support matters. from your team to help you develop top-tier project management and communication skills.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
<ul>
<li>Manage team workload, resourcing and adherence to SLAs</li>
<li>Own regular audit processes to ensure data integrity</li>
<li>Monitor quality and accuracy of service delivery and take corrective action as necessary, providing performance and developmental feedback on a regular basis</li>
<li>Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to address any escalations and respond in a timely manner</li>
<li>Provide back-up support to the team as needed during busy periods</li>
<li>Work closely with the payroll team to ensure that monthly/semi-monthly payrolls are processed accurately and that all required documentation has been submitted</li>
<li>Keep up to date on regulatory changes and ensure that our processes remain compliant with local laws</li>
<li>Create and maintain process documentation to ensure smooth and consistent operations across the global People Team</li>
<li>Train the broader team on new systems, functionality or procedures</li>
<li>Work with the Senior Director, HR Operations to identify operational efficiency improvements by evolving and streamlining our processes and practices</li>
<li>Partner with the HR Technology team to implement systems enhancements that will improve process management and delivery</li>

An ideal candidate will have the following:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Minimum 2-3 years' leadership experience in a HR Support or Shared Services team environment</li>
<li>Understanding of employment law and regulatory requirements in the US, UK, India and any of our other GLG location countries</li>
<li>A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Experience defining and/or refining procedures</li>

Location: Mumbai, India (Hybrid, 3x weekly BKC Mumbai)

Job Summary:

This role will support the Head of India in various ways, including managing schedules, preparing for meetings, assisting with project management and tracking, coordinating travel, and handling other tasks as needed.

A successful candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This position demands a unique combination of excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and the highest level of discretion. Job Summary

GLG is seeking an intelligent, resourceful individual with exceptional communication skills as Executive Assistant to senior management of GLG

Specific responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Provide a broad range of administrative support to Global Head of Capability Services &amp; Gurugram Head, including, calendar management, liaise with managements / leaders or their EAs in different regions to schedule internal/external meetings/calls/VCs covering multiple time zones, expenses reimbursements, prepare meeting materials, arrange gifts/hampers for clients/prospects etc.</li>
<li>Ability to interact with internal and external senior-level executives and their assistants in a professional manner and be proactive in anticipating business and administrative needs</li>
<li>Familiar with different time zones and able to schedule meetings, calls, VCs, accordingly</li>
<li>Organizes executive files (electronic and hard-copy). Ensures materials are readily accessible and file maintenance is current.</li>
<li>Researches and prepares a variety of correspondence, presentations and reports using office support software. Compiles materials from multiple sources into unified presentations. Maintains absolute confidentiality of information</li>
<li>Logistic support to internal activities, such as Global/APAC Townhall, overseas executives visits, offsites, internal trainings etc.</li>
<li>Provides back-up support to other executive assistants whenever necessary. Cover reception occasionally</li>
<li>Other ad hoc duties as assigned</li>
<li>Consolidate data and prepare monthly reports</li>
<li>Submit invoices to Account Payable for payment and ensure Account Payable to make payment in a timely manner</li>
<li>Liaise with HR/Legal to renew company insurance, license, business registration annually</li>

<li>Liaise with different vendors to negotiate/renew service contracts and ensure all vendors are providing the best services to GLG. Provide feedback to vendors when necessary.</li>
<li>Coordinate with different external parties (such as clients, prospects, headhunters, candidates etc.) to set up meetings, calls, VCs etc. and prepare meeting materials</li>
<li>Arrange complex business travels including flights, hotels, visas, ground transportations etc.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree from a top tier university</li>
<li>Five to eight years experiences working in MNC as an executive assistant supporting C-level managements</li>
<li>Experience in calendar management, logistics management, Meeting notes and follow ups</li>
<li>Manage travel and expenses for the</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated proficiency in oral, writing and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting</li>
<li>Excellent word processing and IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li>
