<div>The Field Applications Engineer (FAE) plays a critical role in supporting key Multek customers within the Rigid, Flexible, and Rigid/Flex PCB sectors, specifically focusing on the Commercial and Industrial market segments. The FAE team is a globally focused resource responsible for delivering technical support across a wide customer base.
Principle Accountabilities/Duties:<ul><li>Provide technical sales support for regional Global Account Managers and Business Development teams.</li><li>Serve a liaison between customers and manufacturing during project development.</li><li>Conduct early-stage Design Reviews to optimize customers' designs for manufacturability, performance, and cost.</li><li>Deliver technical presentations internally and externally, covering both business and technical content.</li><li>Assist customers as a technical resource in selection of design standards, material, production capabilities and industry standard practices.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive design review and provide feedback to customers on products production readiness and areas of improvement.</li><li>Assist as a communication liaison between the customers and manufacturing sites, with a focus on regional culture, language, and time zone.</li><li>Communicate customers&rsquo; current and future technology requirements to manufacturing, which assist in driving production technology to meet today&rsquo; s evolving market challenges.</li><li>Perform technical tasks such as DFM Analysis, Stack-up generation, Quality Review and Gap Analysis strategy.</li><li>Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely completion of NPI, QTA, and various product stage-gate design-build cycles.</li><li>Develop customer technology roadmaps and identify new adjacent opportunities.</li><li>Cultivate strong relationships with key executives within customers' engineering and product design teams, as well as with Multek's executive leadership.</li></ul>

Job Requirements:
Education / Experience<ul><li>A BA/BS degree in an appropriate engineering discipline or 10 years of equivalent industry experience is required. A focus on electrical engineering, materials engineering, or mechanical engineering is a plus</li></ul>
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities<ul><li>A minimum of 2 years related of rigid and rigid-flex PCB manufacturing experience.</li><li>Specific experience in key market segments, such as Consumer Electronics, MCM, RF Applications, Infrastructure, Automotive and Industrial segments is a plus.</li><li>Must understand the technology requirements, quality and reliability standards and product qualifications procedures.</li><li>Proven in-depth understanding of product design and resultant PCB stack-up solutions.</li><li>Understanding of DFM Analysis software and Stack-up simulation software, such as InPlan, InStack, Genesis, InCAM and/or CAM350.</li><li>Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.</li><li>This position requires domestic and international travel which may be up to 40% during specific project stages time.</li><li>Must be responsible and self-motivated individual.</li><li>Required to be street smart and provide feedback on the industry, competition, and market conditions.</li><li>Must be able to speak and write English well, with bilingual skills being a plus.</li></ul>

Additional preferred qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in key business segment with a good understanding of all requirements (AI segment is a +).</li><li>Understanding of complex HDI, High Layer Count Rigid PCB design and build processes. Experience in high reliability products and factory certification/quality management systems a definite plus</li><li>Experience in Flex and Rigid/Flex PCB manufacturing, with relationship to the mechanical and manufacturing process</li><li>Experience in developing the high-performance PCB solutions for known product developments with commercial success a strong plus.</li><li>Certification in quality systems, project management, and statistical process control desirable for this environment.</li></ul>

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Product Owner and Business Integration Lead with deep expertise in clinical prior authorizations to drive a complex, cross-functional initiative focused on the complete analysis and potential redesign of the prior authorization process. This is a lead-level, fully remote position requiring a true SME in Prior Authorizations, FACETS, 278 transactions, and Claims Processing. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in healthcare and payer operations, with the last 8+ years in a Clinical Product Manager capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging clinical, business, and IT stakeholders to analyze current PA workflows, identify pain points, and drive meaningful process improvements.
