The candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring quality standards, managing manpower, and maintaining timelines and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities related to the railway project.</li><li>Ensure timely execution of work as per tender specifications.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor daily progress and prepare reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.</li><li>Manage workforce, materials, and site logistics effectively.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>B.Tech degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>5&ndash;10 years of experience in railway or infrastructure projects.</li><li>Strong leadership and site management skills.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle site challenges.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
