Job Overview Join our dynamic dental team as an Associate Dentist, where your expertise will directly impact patients' oral health and confidence. We are completely digital and utilize the most up to date technology and resources. We use Eaglesoft for practice management.Technology includes<ul><li>CBCT, digital imaging, and IO camera</li><li>Itero scanner</li><li>Cerec scanner and mill for same day crowns/bridges</li><li>Overjet AI</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide high-quality general dentistry services.</li><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans.</li><li>Utilize dental terminology accurately while explaining diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients.</li><li>Maintain precise medical documentation and ensure all patient records comply with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to uphold a sterile environment.</li><li>Use dental imaging technology effectively for diagnosis and treatment planning.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry to optimize patient care efficiency.</li><li>Stay current with developments in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, and other specialties relevant to practice needs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all medical and dental regulations while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
