If you are passionate about digital growth and performance marketing, we would love to hear from you.Digital Marketing &amp; Performance<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and video platforms.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.</li><li>Perform A/B testing, conversion optimization, and data analysis to maximize ROI.</li><li>Manage digital advertising budgets efficiently and provide regular performance and budget reports.</li></ul>Content &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Design visually engaging graphics for social media, banners, websites, and email campaigns.</li><li>Create, publish, and manage digital content across platforms, including websites and social media channels.</li><li>Manage and grow social media accounts through engaging content and active community interaction.</li><li>Plan content strategies to reach the right audience and strengthen brand presence.</li></ul>Video &amp; Creative Production<ul><li>Create, edit, and publish engaging video content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other digital channels.</li><li>Handle video production tasks including lighting setup, basic audio mixing, and sound enhancements.</li><li>Ensure proper tagging, captions, descriptions, and classification of all video content.</li></ul>Email &amp; Campaign Management<ul><li>Execute email marketing campaigns and monitor performance metrics.</li><li>Conduct market research to support campaign planning and targeting.</li><li>Monitor project timelines, campaign status, and budgets.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.</li><li>Communicate campaign objectives, progress, and performance results to senior management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3&ndash;4 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or Specialist.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices.</li><li>Experience with social media platforms and their advertising tools.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.</li><li>Familiarity with web development tools and digital analytics platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Creative mindset with strategic thinking abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.</li><li>Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
