As Finance &amp; Administration Manager, you will ensure robust financial control, accurate reporting, and compliance with both local regulations and group standards. Acting as a trusted business partner, you&rsquo;ll support decision-making and contribute to strategic growth.

<ul><li>Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) in line with local GAAP and IFRS
</li><li>Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with senior stakeholders
</li><li>Oversee payroll coordination, including external providers and compensation processes
</li><li>Ensure compliance with group policies, local regulations, tax, and VAT requirements
</li><li>Manage and support internal and external audits
</li><li>Supervise and develop the local accounting and finance team
</li><li>Act as a finance business partner, supporting operational and strategic initiatives
</li><li>Handle contract and insurance management
</li><li>Represent the company in banking and administrative matters
</li><li>Support project implementation with regional leadership

<ul><li>Solid experience in accounting, controlling, and financial reporting
</li><li>Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS, and SOX frameworks

</li><li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
</li><li>High proficiency in Excel and MS Office
</li><li>Experience in project management is a plus
</li><li>Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
</li></ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within multinational companies
</li><li>Strong background in local statutory accounting
</li><li>Experience working in international, matrix organizations

 Location: Turkey (Hybrid working model: 3 day in the office)
