This is a field-intensive role, involving direct engagement with schools, teachers, and students to introduce and implement the PATH methodology. You will conduct outreach visits, facilitate demonstrations, and support training activities to encourage the adoption of our pedagogy.This role is ideal for fresh college graduates as well as those with prior teaching/training experience.Key Responsibilities&middot; Conduct outreach visits to schools and engage with educational leaders, principals, and school heads in meaningful conversations to encourage the adoption of our pedagogy and convert schools into PATH schools.&middot; Deliver interactive classroom demonstrations and support teachers in effectively using the PATH pedagogy.&middot; Assist in designing and facilitating teacher training sessions to strengthen teaching practices.&middot; Build strong educational partnerships by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and guiding schools through the process of adopting the PATH approach.&middot; Connect with booksellers and other educational stakeholders to take our pedagogy and transform education.&middot; Collaborate closely with school leaders, education officers, and community stakeholders to create sustainable impact and host townhall events.&middot; Travel extensively to implement, monitor, and expand the reach of PATH programs.&middot; Report to the reporting head.Requirements&middot; B.Ed. graduates are highly preferred.&middot; Candidates from other disciplines with a strong passion for education are also welcome.&middot; Experience: Freshers/college pass-outs welcome; prior teaching/training experience preferred.&middot; Skills:o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.o Passion for working with children and teachers.o Basic familiarity with digital tools (smartphone apps, Google Workspace).&middot; Other Requirements:o Scooty/Bike is mandatory (frequent school &amp; field visits).o English communication is compulsory.o Willingness to travel extensively.Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Work Location: Field-basedJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
