Position Title: Application Specialist &ndash; BioMedical DevicesLocation: Sector F, DHA Phase 1, IslamabadDepartment: Customer Support DepartmentBachelor&rsquo;s degree: MLT, Microbiology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related fields.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Key Responsibilities:</li><li>Possess a comprehensive understanding of medical equipment and devices.</li><li>Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and clinics.</li><li>Demonstrate experience in laboratory disciplines such as chemistry, immunoassay, and microbiology.</li><li>Be prepared for fieldwork, including outstation travel for product installation, troubleshooting, and support.</li><li>Formulate and execute strategies to achieve assigned sales goals and enhance the organization&rsquo;s market footprint.</li><li>Handle the complete sales process&mdash;from lead identification and client engagement to negotiation and final deal closure.</li><li>Establish and nurture long-term professional relationships with physicians, biomedical engineers, and procurement departments.</li><li>Perform consistent follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.</li><li>Generate accurate sales forecasts, detailed reports, and performance summaries for management evaluation.</li><li>Conduct live product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and hands-on training sessions for medical professionals.</li><li>Deliver both technical and clinical assistance during installations, product trials, and post-sales services.</li><li>Work closely with technical and service departments to ensure seamless product deployment and top-quality performance.</li><li>Share market insights and feedback with product and marketing teams to refine offerings and design targeted campaigns.</li><li>Keep meticulous records of all sales activities, client communications, and customer feedback.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of reports, documentation, and updates as required by management.</li><li>Preferred: Previous experience in the sales or application support of medical devices or diagnostic instruments.</li><li>Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.</li><li>Possess sound technical knowledge of medical equipment and its clinical usage.</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to function both independently and within cross-functional teams.</li><li>Be open to frequent travel for client meetings, training sessions, and product demonstrations.</li><li>Show self-motivation, enthusiasm for healthcare technology, and a customer-first attitude.</li><li>Maintain a proactive, problem-solving approach with a focus on delivering value to clients.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Diagnostic Industry: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
