The role&hellip;
 As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering next-generation AI solutions powered by Large Language Models. You&rsquo;ll lead the development and optimization of intelligent systems that enhance business outcomes through automation, data-driven insights, and natural language understanding. This role involves working on end-to-end AI product development &mdash; from research and prototyping to large-scale deployment &mdash; while mentoring teams and ensuring high technical standards across all projects.
What you&rsquo;ll be doing
<ul><li>Design and develop advanced AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).</li>
<li>Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based applications to solve complex business challenges.</li>
<li>Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.</li>
<li>Develop and manage robust data pipelines for model training and inference.</li>
<li>Apply prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.</li>
<li>Create evaluation frameworks to measure model accuracy, quality, and reliability.</li>
<li>Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.</li>
<li>Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in AI development.</li>
<li>Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with high coding standards.</li>
</ul>
What we&rsquo;re looking for&hellip;
<ul><li>5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in LLM or related technologies</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with transformer-based models and LLM APIs.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience deploying AI models on AWS, Azure, or GCP.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Familiarity with quantization, distillation, and model optimization methods.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized AI applications.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Good understanding of AI evaluation metrics, multimodal systems, and AI ethics.</li>
</ul>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
