<div><div><p>Senior Consultants / Consultants who have an interest and expertise in delivering projects for global customers across Construction, Oil &amp; Gas, Automotive, Renewable Energy, Metal and Mining. Focusing on critical business intelligence, researching and analyzing how the market dynamics are changing and help clients to take accurate decision based on actionable intelligence..</p>
<ul><li>Expert Project Managements skills to deliver end-to-end project</li>
<li>Ability to establish strong client relationship</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a team</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Expert in PowerPoint and advanced Excel</li>
<li>Data mining through company filings, presentations, industry statistics, government documents, and interpretation of macro-economic trends</li>
<li>Tracking of the Power and metal industry with focus on Renewable energy such as Solar PV, Wind and other fossil fuel, Steel, Aluminum, Iron Ore, Coal and so on
</li><li>Understanding of technical aspects related to mining cost, power generation cost, financial model creation of power projects and global electric vehicle industry and Decarbonization technologies will be an added advantage.</li>

<ul><li>Be a trusted partner to clients and subject matter expert within the team</li>
<li>While engaging with clients, work with leadership teams and stakeholders to define the scope, define project execution plan and gain agreement on key deliverables and timelines</li>
<li>Think out of the box, to create long-term, end-to-end perspective, and demonstrate ability to deliver high quality reports</li>
<li>As a leader in the consulting team, autonomously drive projects independently and deliver end-to-end solutions to client</li>
<li>Should be able to develop well-articulated recommendations and communicate them effectively with client</li>
<li>Support sales and BD team by contributing to project feasibility assessments, effort estimations and proposal development.</li></ul></div><p></p>

<p>As an Associate Analyst in Mining Team, you will play a key role in<b> -</b></p>
<p><b>Generating High-Quality Market Intelligence:</b> Produce impactful research outputs, including data sets and reports that offer deep market insights across the global metals and mining sectors. Challenge existing market estimates by developing and testing new hypotheses to deliver unique, high-value insights to clients.</p>
<p><b>Establish Sector Expertise:</b> Cultivate deep domain expertise within the Metals &amp; Mining sector. Continuously monitor and track industry trends, offering up-to-date analysis and timely responses to emerging market issues.</p>
<p><b>Refine Professional Communication:</b> Develop and enhance written and verbal communication skills through consulting and research assignments. Deliver precise, efficient documentation that maximizes client value while minimizing length.</p>
<p><b>Cultivate Client Relationships</b>: Initiate client relationship building by understanding their core objectives and needs. Provide effective, timely, and high-value analytical support to our customer base.</p>
<p><b>What we&rsquo;re looking for&hellip;</b></p>
<ul><li>0 to 1 year of experience or educational background in any Mining industry.</li>
<li>Well-honed research skills and the ability to uncover unique insights.</li>
<li>Broad and well-developed analytical skills.</li>
<li>Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li>
