The ideal candidate must be efficient in handling end-to-end recruitment processes and possess strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Malayalam.Immediate joiners preferred....Location : KochiKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.</li><li>Develop job postings and recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.</li><li>Conduct telephonic, online, and face-to-face interviews.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.</li><li>Coordinate induction and joining formalities for new employees.</li><li>Support HR activities such as employee engagement, documentation, and compliance.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as an HR Recruiter (educational sector experience preferred).</li><li>Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Malayalam.</li><li>Good understanding of recruitment tools and platforms.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle multiple job openings simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
