Job Description:<ul><li>Experience : 1 year to 3 years</li><li>Location : RS Puram , Coimbatore</li><li>Candidates From staffing solutions, Non IT Recruitment</li><li>Freshers Not applicable</li><li>Job Responsibilities</li><li>We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.</li><li>HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we&rsquo;d like to meet you.</li><li>Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.</li><li>Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Linked in, and Monster)</li><li>Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates</li><li>Skill set</li><li>o Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.</li><li>o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>o Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Identify prospective candidate using a variety of channels. ➢ Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels i.e. Job Portals, Vendors, Referral network, Internal Database Walk-Ins, Mass-mailing, Job Posting, Social media, Social networks &amp; internal movements. ➢ Screening of the resumes/profiles as per the requirements for the best fitment. ➢ Interaction with the candidates to set the expectations, clarify any further doubts at any step of the recruitment process. ➢ Scheduling interviews with Hiring managers or higher management by way of telephonic, F2F &amp; VC as well as streamlining the process in an effective and timely manner with the internal processes. ➢ Facilitating each round of interview with proper scheduling and co-ordination with the panel members as well as the candidates. ➢ Responsible for successful execution of the recruitment drives. Closely watching Turnaround Time (TAT) and manage Offer-to-Joining ratio to ensure hiring conversion and reduced Effort. ➢ Involvement in end-to-end recruitment life cycleManage end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.</li><li>Conduct telephonic screening to evaluate candidate fit.</li><li>Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or internal teams.</li><li>Handle contract staffing, permanent staffing, and bulk hiring needs.</li><li>Work closely with clients to understand job descriptions and hiring needs.</li><li>Conduct salary negotiations and extend job offers.</li><li>Maintain strong candidate and client relationships.</li><li>Ensure timely closure of positions and meet hiring targets</li></ul>Intrested candidate send Resume : nimeshika.v@gdtsolution.com contact &quot; 9384769993Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
