Junior Graphic Designer &ndash; Real Estate IndustryLocation: HSR LayoutJob Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to assist in designing marketing materials, digital content, and promotional campaigns for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, an eye for aesthetics, and a good understanding of real estate marketing.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design engaging graphics for social media posts, property listings, emailers, website banners, and advertisements.</li><li>Create brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets for real estate projects and events.</li><li>Support the digital marketing team by providing creative visual content for online campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand design requirements and project briefs.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.</li><li>Edit and enhance property images and videos for online listings and promotions.</li><li>Maintain a library of design templates, brand assets, and media files.</li><li>Stay updated with design trends, software, and real estate marketing practices.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Skills Required:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.</li><li>Proficient in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CorelDRAW.</li><li>Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.</li><li>Good understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, composition, and layout.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.</li><li>Creative thinking and attention to detail.</li></ul>Experience:2-3 Years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in Real Estate or Marketing Agencies.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
